The Foundation has developed and consolidated collaboration agreements with some of the most important national and international universities and research and care centers. At the European level it participates in exchange programs (ERASMUS, Marie Curie Action, Aeneid) aimed at training young doctors, biologists, biotechnologists, pharmacologists ... In this regard, Besta Foundation deserves particular mention. NeuroSim Center , the first neurosurgical simulation center in Europe and one of the most technologically advanced in the world.

The Foundation offers the possibility of stages and internships at its own facilities for graduates and students who require work experience "in the field" to integrate the knowledge acquired during their studies.
In particular, the frequency occurs:
  • as part of their university training path ( pre -graduate trainee, post-graduate trainee, doctoral student, postgraduate, intern)
  • for activities aimed at learning and / or professional training or for a better professional qualification (university fellows, graduates or graduates)
  • for carrying out a period of study and research in order to improve professional qualification in the context of specific national and / or international collaboration agreements (researcher).
The Foundation has active agreements with universities to welcome trainees.
